Returns/Refunds

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).Please contact us by email sales@bargainsdelivered.com for return RMA and return address. Not all shipments are sent back to original shipment warehouse. No returns will be accepted without a RMA. Please allow 48-72 hrs for RMA request response. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Please note that RMA # does not guarantee final disposition for a return and all returns are inspected before any credit would be given.
  • All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be received back within 30 days of purchase and must be new/un-used in original manufacturer factory carton, including any packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and any accessories that were in the shipment to qualify for return. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton unless directed to do so.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable which also includes ‘free shipping’ items. Refund is credited less any shipping charges occurred.   
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applicable for returned items.
  • On items returned with 'Free or Partial Shipping', we will refund less the amount of actual shipping charges occurred.
  • We highly recommend that you insure any item(s) that you return and use a traceable service.
  • Once a product has been used or in the customer's possession for 30 days, it is subject to the manufacturer warranty, if available, and is not returnable to us.
  • If a warranty issue arises, we will help contact the manufacturer, but customer is responsible for shipping costs for replacements to the manufacturer warehouse.

Backorders/Out of Stock/Discontinued Items/Errors

  • In the rare event a product becomes unavailable/backordered/discontinued, or we have made a mistake in the listing, we may cancel the order, issue a refund and an apology.
  • For backorders, customer has option to wait and have product reserved or a substitute item may be offered if available. You will be notified via email if your order is affected by a delay.
  • The manufacturers typically maintain stock on their items; however, there are times when things run out for various reasons beyond our control. We do our best to verify availability, and to notify you of any delays that would affect the processing of your order as soon as possible.

Payment/Sales Tax

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • Credit Cards: For transaction security, credit card payments are REQUIRED to ship to the billing address which must be a physical street address.
  • PayPal Payments: For transaction security, we ship to the PayPal address only.  PayPal shipping address must be the same shipping address as provided in our checkout. Address discrepancies will cause order delays or order cancellations. Your PayPal account must be registered in the same country as the ship to location. We block payments from countries we do not ship to.
  • All shipments to a U.S.A address must be placed with a U.S.A credit card or a U.S.A based PayPal account.
  • Sales Tax: Tax is charged for orders shipped to all states where such taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates. We are required to collect Sales Tax for all orders shipping to Missouri and some orders shipping to California. If your state requires the payment of use tax on out-of-state purchases, then that is fully the responsibility of the buyer. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipments:

  • Most items ship ground services within 3-5 full business days (usually sooner) and arrive approximately within 5-10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays). Express shipping (rush or next day) is not available at this current time for any items. We do not offer overnight or rush shipping on any items. Any order may require a signature at our discretion.
  • We are based out of Missouri, but we utilize many distribution centers throughout the country. The shipping locations will vary for each product. Items may be shipped from multiple locations, thus you may receive part of your order first, then other items later.
  • Flat shipping rates or free shipping include the 48 Contiguous States only.
  • Certain restrictions prevent many items from being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories. Please check prior to purchase by contacting us via email regarding shipments outside the Contiguous United States. Additional charges will apply if available. Freight companies and FedEx/UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We use many methods of shipping and will select the most reliable method for your item(s). Carriers may be substituted with a freight company, FedEx, UPS, or USPS at our discretion and will require a physical street address for delivery. Customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
  • If a package is returned to us for invalid address, return to sender or any other reason beyond our control, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
  • We insure all packages. In the event of damage or loss, we must follow carrier's polices for claims.  A signed affidavit or photos may be required for refunds or reshipments. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48HOURS of delivery. Do NOT delay reporting shipping/carrier damage as carriers have time limits for claims. Lost claims require a tracer request from the carrier.
  • Shipment information (tracking/delivery confirmation) is emailed automatically as soon as it is available. (Domestic Orders Only). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Local pickup is not available on any item. All items must be shipped.

International Shipments (when available):

  • We only send items like playing cards, OTC’s, and bathroom dispensers internationally.
  • Please use our shipping calculator provided or contact us via email for your rate before purchase. If a rate does not calculate, that item may not be available for shipment to your location. Please check your import laws before purchase.
  • Most items ship within 3-5 business days and usually arrive within 3-6 weeks depending on the shipping carrier and customs clearance which we have no control over. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Please be patient as international packages take longer to arrive.
  • We highly recommend USPS international Priority Mail for International shipments (when available) USPS International First Class is a slower service.
  • All merchandise is accurately marked as merchandise on customs forms and receiving customer is responsible for any customs, taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage, or importation fees charged at delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Contact your customs office for duties, taxes, importation, or brokerage fees/rates before you purchase so you are not surprised later at delivery.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
  • We cannot guarantee that your order will be allowed into your country by your customs dept. It is your responsibility to check your country's policy/laws before purchase.
  • We insure all packages. In the event of loss we can not file a claim for international packages for at least 45 days from the shipment date per insurance regulations. A signed affidavit from customer is required. If an insurance claim is needed, you are required to work with us and send back any required claim forms before reshipments or refund will be offered.
  • If a package is returned to us for invalid address, un-allowed by customs, unclaimed/refused, or any other reason beyond our control, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.  

By purchasing any item from us, you are agreeing to all of the terms set forth in these policies and the return policies.
